We thoroughly enjoyed unit I3 in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The villa was excellent! The gourmet kitchen was a delight to use; the outdoor bar-b-que/kitchen on the lanai was a treat, the views to the golf course delightful.
The master suite was large with a very comfortable king size bed and lavish bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer as well, although there was an ample supply of towels, sheets, pillows etc supplied with the flat.
The electronic appliances (WiFi, Plasma TV's, CD player) all performed magnificentally, and blessedly the A/C was highly efficient. And having the Queen Market/King Market within walking distance made for a wonderful place to shop, including a gourmet food market.
All in all a quiet and thoroughly relaxing holiday in fabulous surroundings.
AND the agent, Kelli Horton, that we worked with was truly accommodating, helpful and efficient. We recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful Time!
The property and its location in Waikoloa was perfect. We were in short walking distance to two great shopping centers and a little longer stroll to the beach. As regular visitors to the Big Island, our party of four and infant found the location perfect. We fly in via Hilo, which is about a 1 hour 40 minute drive, but much more scenic and a far nicer airport than Kona.
Waimea, a 30 minute drive up the mountain was enchanting as well. The property location by the pool and the ammenities couldn't be better. Perfect place with Julia providing excellent assistance. We will be back.

Great Vacation!
We have been coming to the Islands for many years, but this was the best trip ever. Wonderful Big Island and the Villas are perfect. We will be back next year only for a longer stay.

Fabulous Stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas!
On Resortica:
We had a fabulous stay, and were so pleased with the level of service from Resortica. Whenever I had questions, they were quick to respond - always with very helpful information and resources! Traveling with toddler twins, and being 7+ months pregnant is not for the faint-hearted, and all the gals at Resortica were extremely patient and understanding about my 100 questions.
On Waikoloa Beach Villas, Unit D-23: It was perfectly equipped for the 5 of us. We brought our nanny, who used the loft as her bedroom, and then we split up the two bedrooms downstairs for the kids and my husband and me. Great kitchen, very nice living area (with a few removals of non-toddler friendly decor), very handy to have baby gates, great outdoor deck with grill and seating. So convenient to the pool and the King's and Queen's Shops.
We absolutely recommend using Resortica, and the Waikoloa Beach Villas!
Our only complaint - the weather was just mediocre - but we can't blame anyone for that!

The Perfect Spot!
A job assignment lead me to the Big Island for 9 months. What I was looking for in accommodations was surpassed at Waikoloa Colony Villas. Close shopping, beaches, and beautiful sun sets are just the tip of the iceberg! It's the perfect place for honeymooners, family or just to get away.

Mauna Lani's all-round best condo!
Beautifully furnished condo in an excellent location. Walking distance to swimming pool, tennis, beach, fabulous restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and Starbucks! Short drive to other beautiful, uncrowded areas of northern Big Island.

Best Birthday Ever!
Can't believe the week is over. I had a fantastic time down their even though it was just down the street. My birthday was on Sat the 28th and we went golfing and then had some friends over for BBQ nobody bothered us it was great. We went to the Journey concert and had a little pre party and nobody bothered us again. Fantastic I think I'll be back in July!!
